1. Introduction & Acceptance of License

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee” or “User”) and Durgapur Shop (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Digital Product from https://durgapurshop.com/, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from downloading or using our products.

2. Definition of Digital Products

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Digital Products” refer to all digital content available for purchase or download on this website, including but not limited to:

• Online Courses and Video Content

• Downloadable PDF Resources

• Software, Scripts, or Digital Worksheets

3. Grant of License

Upon receipt of full payment, Durgapur Shop grants you a Personal, Limited, Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable, and Revocable license to access and use the Digital Products. This license is granted solely to the individual purchaser and does not convey any ownership rights to the content itself.

4. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use the Digital Products for your own personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. This includes:

• Downloading one copy of the product for personal use.

• Printing a hard copy for personal study.

• Viewing the content on your personal devices.

5. Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized use of our Digital Products is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will not:

• Resell: Sell, lease, or rent the Digital Products to any third party.

• Share: Share your access credentials or the files with friends, family, or colleagues.

• Distribute: Post or distribute the products on social media, file-sharing sites, or public forums.

• Upload: Upload the content to any cloud storage or server accessible by others.

6. No Commercial Use Clause

The license granted herein is for personal use only. 7. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Digital Products, including text, graphics, logos, and structure, are the exclusive intellectual property of Durgapur Shop. This License Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights or copyrights to the Licensee. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

8. Copyright Protection Statement

Our Digital Products are protected by the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and international copyright treaties. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our copyrighted material constitutes a violation of law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

9. No Transfer or Sub-Licensing Rights

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license your rights under this Agreement to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so shall be null and void and will result in the immediate termination of your license.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Durgapur Shop reserves the right to monitor download patterns and account activity. If we detect suspicious activity or a violation of this License (such as multiple IP logins or unauthorized distribution), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to all products without prior notice or refund.

11. Legal Action & Remedies

In the event of a breach of this License Agreement, Durgapur Shop shall be entitled to seek all legal remedies available under Indian law, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages for copyright infringement, and recovery of legal costs.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Digital Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Durgapur Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. No Refund Due to License Breach

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, Durgapur Shop maintains a strict no-refund policy. Furthermore, if your license is revoked or your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund for prior purchases.

14. Right to Modify License Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update the terms of this License Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

16. Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this License Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Durgapur, West Bengal, India.

17. Final Acceptance Statement
